Description
this actually came before the previous marvel girl image here. it was in making this image that i got the inspiration to do the more classic marvel girl. still, this isn't this is the second of 3 variations. i actually finished this first. the original concept i had when i was making this image. i just kind of stumbled upon it. when i was coloring i wondered how it would look if she had the green costume.
some details about this: the costume is not the classic marvel girl nor is it the phoenix costume. it's my own concept. i kept the gloves green instead of gold and belt is black along with her boots (which you can't see in this image). her mask was not originally there. i added it and thought it would be just an homage to her old costume, but it's actually a translucent manifestation of her powers so it's not a physical mask.
like everything i do these days, this one is 100% vectored in adobe illustrator.

That looks so cool. I love the Phoenix logo, it looks similar to the actual thing but kinda like a modern version to me :S Does that make sense :S
